DESCRIPTION: Virgin, cold pressed, organic, high quality, coconut oil. It is important to use cold pressed rather than heated or chemically extracted oil for treatments as chemically extracted oils can have chemical residues present that can build up in the body and may reduce therapeutic benefits; and being raw takes this a step further in being especially pure and beneficial.
Detoxifying and immune boosting Coconut is the fruit of coconut palm. The Coconut Palm is a member of the Family Arecaceae, and can grow up to 30 m. The coconut palm is grown throughout the tropical world. Virtually every part of the coconut palm has some human uses.
This Virgin Coconut oil (or butter) is suitable for cooking and general culinary use, we use it in Thai cooking - it's absolutely delicious.
